Our Beliefs

 Our Beliefs

  • We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ as the only begotten Son of God, conceived of the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary. We believe that He lived a sinless life and was crucified as a perfect sacrifice to pay the final penalty for the sins of all mankind so that we might have eternal fellowship with God.
  • We believe that Jesus Christ was resurrected from the dead, seen by many witnesses, and ascended into heaven where He is now seated at the right hand of God, holding all power and authority in heaven and through the universe. We believe in the Second Coming of Jesus Christ and the Judgment of all mankind.
  • We believe that eternal salvation and fellowship with God can only come through accepting, by faith, the sacrifice of the blood of Jesus Christ. We believe in the eternal security of born-again believers who remain faithful.
  • We believe that the fullness of the Godhead (Father, Son, and Holy Ghost (Spirit) dwells within Jesus Christ, thus we worship Him as Lord and King.
  • We believe in the power and authority of the name and blood of Jesus Christ to overcome the works of darkness (Satan).
  • We believe in the Holy Bible in its entirety as the absolute truth by which God governs and judges mankind. We believe that is the infallible Word of God and, as we believe and obey it, we can have abundant life.
  • We believe in water baptism in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and that all believers should be immersed in water in obedience to Christ.
  • We believe in the Holy Communion with bread and juice.
  • We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit enduing the believer with supernatural power for the work of the ministry. We believe that one sign of the baptism o the Holy Spirit is a changed life, however the primary evidence of the baptism of the Holy Spirit is speaking in tongues.
  • We believe in presenting alms to those in need.
  • We believe in the God ordered, and biblical teachings, of pure and holy living that is reflective in a life lived within the confines of natural attraction of those of the opposite sex.  We believe that homosexuality is a sin that it will separate us from God. (Romans 1: 24-32)  We believe that God offers grace to all and His grace will forgive us of all our sins.  (I John 1:9)
